Casa Cielo Azul—This incredible two-story treehouse is the most unique vacation rental in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. With a 180° degree ocean views this 3000 sqft home is located in the the exclusive community of Balcones de Majagual. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa comes with shared pool, wifi, hanging bed, 3 decks and cleaning service. This is a perfect spot for groups to stay in, but cozy enough for a couple who are looking to experience wildlife, easy access to beaches and surfing, as well as life in the trees!
This piece of heaven is perched on the side of a hill overlooking the treetops to the ocean. It is a place to experience peaceful living in an entirely unique community. Sounds of the waves from three nearby beaches can be heard from the bedrooms and living spaces, harmonizing with the calls from birds and howler monkeys. The heart of the house is the main level—you enter from a large deck in the trees and raised high above the forest floor. Sliding doors open into the open plan dining area and kitchen. The hallways are columned with beautiful pieces of eucalyptus hardwood and lead into the main living space and another viewing deck.
The house has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and duel sinks. A third bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom is located with its own entrance at the lower level of the house with its own deck. An additional fourth bedroom is located on the upper level with bunk beds, perfect for kids, or the young at heart.. Wi-fi is present through-out the house, which is also equipped with back-up power powered by inverter—a must in Nicaragua— so you can continue to enjoy tranquil holiday without noise from generators in the event of a power outage.
