THE BALCONES DE MAJAGUAL EXPERIENCE

Each home in Balcones de Majagual is designed to provide a consistent level of comfort and support during your stay. Guests have access to a bilingual concierge who is available to assist with planning before arrival and throughout your time at the property.

Prior to arrival, you will receive a detailed virtual check-in guide to help you familiarize yourself with your home and the community. During your stay, your concierge remains available via WhatsApp to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with booking local activities.

All homes in Balcones de Majagual have a two night minimum and include the following amenities:

  • Linens/beach towels

  • Drinking water

  • North American style BBQ

  • Access to private or shared pool

  • Secure parking

  • Ocean view

  • 24 hour security team with onsite and remote monitoring

  • 200 mega fibre optic Wi-Fi—answer emails, stream movies, (or work while you are away)

  • Bilingual English/Spanish meet and greet

  • Back-up battery power

  • Hot water

  • Cleaning service (on stays of six days or more)
