This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with shared pool, wifi, hanging bed, 3 deck and cleaning service is a perfect spot for groups, but cozy enough for couple who are looking to experience wildlife, easy access to beach and surfing as well as life in the trees!.  This piece of heaven is a 4,000 square foot home perched on the side of a hill overlooking the treetops to the ocean. Experience peaceful treetop living in eco-luxury with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Sounds of the waves from three nearby beaches can be heard from the bedrooms and living spaces, harmonizing with sounds from birds and howler monkeys. The heart of the house is the main level. You enter through the large deck among the trees and raised high above the forest floor. Sliding doors open into the open plan dining area and kitchen. The hallways are columned with beautiful pieces of eucalyptus hardwood and lead into the main sala or living room and another viewing deck.   The house has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, his and hers sinks. A third bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom is located with its own entrance at the lower level of the house with its own deck. An additional fourth bedroom is located on the upper level.   Wi-fi is located through-out. The house is also equipped with back-up power powered by inverter so can continue a tranquil holiday without noise from generators - a must in Nicaragua.
