These aren’t your average Nicaraguan vacation homes. Perched high on a ridge, covering roughly 100 acres stretching from the jungle to the ocean! These Casas enjoy incredible views of the pacific ocean across the jungle canopy. There is enough space between them to enjoy complete privacy without isolated. On clear nights, swim in a pool lit only by moonlight. Provided is 24 hour on-site security, cleaning services and management. All done with an intention to not being intrusive. We are also an eco-conscious community. We does not believe in spraying heavy pesticides like local hotels to control bugs. meaning, we are not poisoning the food chain from the bottom up. Our actions have far reaching consequences. We want the wildlife—such as monkeys, sloths and parrots—to visit and thrive in our locale. We We heat our water with the sun. Reclaimed wood adorns the inside and outside of our homes. We filter water from our onsite wells. We strive to be stewards of the land that gives us all, so much joy.
