Casa Selva, known as The Jungle House, is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom home in Balcones de Majagual, San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Set within the treetops, the home offers a calm, open-air experience shaped by its surroundings.

High ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a full screen system allow fresh air to move freely through the space. Both bedrooms are designed as primary suites, each with a private stone en suite bathroom, generous storage, and views of either the ocean or jungle. Solar hot water supports the home’s eco-conscious design.

Natural materials and thoughtful details are present throughout, including handcrafted woodwork, stone accents, artwork, and Japanese-style sliding doors that create a quiet, cohesive feel. The home is well suited for relaxation, honeymoons, or unwinding after time spent surfing or exploring.

Sliding walls in the living area open onto a large patio, where indoor and outdoor living come together with views across the landscape. The home includes Wi-Fi, a Smart TV for streaming, and a dedicated workspace with desk. A battery backup system ensures uninterrupted power during occasional outages.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a gas range, cookware, spices, and service for eight. Coffee can be prepared to preference with a coffee maker, French press, stovetop espresso maker, and grinder. A propane BBQ is also available.

Just outside the home, a shared 15 meter infinity pool overlooks the jungle and ocean. It is a natural place to cool off during the day or take in the sunset in the evening.
